The formats supported include AVI, WMV, MPEG, FLV, PSP, MP4, 3GP. SoftMine DVD Ripper is built with much focus on user-friendliness and simplicity. It has a disciplined interface with several clearly labeled icons, each explained in the Help section. The program can be easily managed and offers numerous options to configure its functionality. From Settings you can access all the formats supported by the app each allowing additional configuration of settings. The AVI settings, for example, comes with plenty of alternatives for video but also audio compressors, the MPEG settings includes various choices such as the MPEG type, frame rate, audio sample rate, video bitrate, audio bitrate, audio channels, and more. The rip settings displayed at the right top side of the app include read titles, subtitles, languages. Current play position is always available in the main window. With SoftMine DVD Ripper even beginners can easily convert their favourite DVD movies to formats compatible with their portable devices making them available and accessible regardless of the time and place. On top of all these features, the software integrates a video player to help you preview the DVD content prior to converting it. SoftMine DVD Ripper works fast, clean and requires little in the way of system resources.
